Rory O'neill

Physiotherapy

Rory O’Neill qualified with an honours degree in Physiotherapy from UCD in 2000. He completed a Certificate in Manual Therapy from Curtin University, Perth in 2002. Following this he furthered his education by completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Medicine from Queen Mary University, London in 2004. Rory worked as physiotherapist to Blackrock College Rugby Club in 2005. In 2006, he established Ratoath Physiotherapy with a vision of providing a high class physiotherapy service to South Meath and the surrounding areas. Rory furthered his education by completing a postgraduate qualification in structural osteopathy and uses these techniques alongside his physiotherapy approach to provide fast pain relief with his clients.

Rob Delaney

Physiotherapy

Rob’s route to becoming a physiotherapist came following several years working as a qualified personal trainer and sports massage therapist in Dublin. Having achieved his physiotherapy honours degree in 2012 from The Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen Scotland, Rob then moved to Sydney Australia where he has spent the last 6 years working as an Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) accredited physiotherapist. Rob initially worked in a number of large private hospitals in Sydney gaining experience in all areas of physiotherapy before moving into private practice. The past two years Rob has been employed in the highly acclaimed St Vincent’s Clinic Sydney where he gained invaluable experience working closely with some of Sydney’s top sports medicine doctors and Orthopaedic surgeons.

Rachel Whelan

Physiotherapy

Rachel graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an honours degree in Physiotherapy. Since graduating, Rachel has worked in private practice where she has gained a wealth of experience treating a broad range of conditions.

Rachel’s interest in Physiotherapy stems from her own sporting background, and as such she has a particular interest in the treatment and management of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries. Coming from a sporting background, Rachel understands the importance of returning to activity as quickly as possible and recognizes the importance of effective rehabilitation in this.

Emma Brady

Physiotherapist

A skilled and dedicated Chartered Physiotherapist, with a physiotherapy degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). Her practice focuses on patient-centered care, committed to helping all patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their well-being.

She has a particular interest in sports physiotherapy and pediatric care but is also highly skilled in treating a wide range of conditions and committed to developing effective, individualized treatment plans for every patient she works with. Emma also has a passion for running, which inspires her commitment to promoting active and healthy lifestyles.

Niamh Maher

Reception

Niamh ensures that each patient attending Ratoath Physiotherapy receives a warm friendly welcome and is dealt with in a professional yet personal manner.

Niamh has over 20 years customer service experience in the Financial Services Industry. She is very involved in the local community working with Meath Citizens Information and as a youth advocate. Niamh enjoys keeping fit in the gym and running, she values the importance of a healthy lifestyle for fitness of mind and body.

Annemarie Ui Chearnaigh

Hello, my name is Annemarie. I joined the Ratoath Physiotherapy team in May 2024. Previously, I worked in Financial Services, where I frequently engaged with some of the largest Public Sector unions in the country. I prioritise excellent customer service and aim to provide a warm welcome to all our patients. In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga and have recently started Reformer Pilates. As a local resident, I am delighted to work within my community and meet new people every day.
